You just hit the quote button under the post and edit it down if you want to pick out a line, like I have here. Yes, try again and don't deal with the same woman. Ask for the Store Manager, and if that's her, ask for the Area Manager or head office.I have sent both the SAR and the rectification notice. I've also contacted B&M who said the whole thing about appeals going through Smart, but now I'm thinking I should go back and explain even further that this is past appeal stage as the PCNs are from last year and have only just been brought to my attention. She couldn't wait to get rid of me and wasn't helpful in the slightest.
Stop worrying, we've told you how to sort out BOTH issues. Follow the advice to the letter and post on pepipoo about how to do the TEC forms re the Council one, once you know the PCN number and status of it
IMHO the Smart one is NOTHING to worry about. You know they don't issue POFA PCNs because I told you that as a fact. They cannot hold a keeper liable so what you DO NOT do is talk about who the driver was (might have been) when you complain to B&M. Easy enough.
