Glad the migraine's gone. Latest food choice sounds healthy. Finding a place for things definitely reduces daily stress.... Have a good day.

  • Hi there,
Good luck with your day today. Sounds very productive.
I love your 'just being day'. Sums it up for me.
Need to have a bit of a plan though as I can waste a lot of time on here and other forums and then feel bad because I've wasted the day.

I like your 'one extra thing' idea - sounds simple, and may even trick the brain into thinking it's not too taxing but collectively should make a difference. You often inspire me with these kind of things and it does all make a difference to my motivation :)

  • I used to have many migraines when in my predicament . I even used to get physically sick when I only had 2-3 beers , or even orange juice when I used to not drink beer at all . Headaches were not nice .
I haven't had any headaches for over 2 years now . When you're finally settled DIA , your migraines will be a thing of the past .
    Have a great day ...

I've had migraines all my life but yes, when life is on a more even keel it will lessen them. Thanks AC :)

    Drudge
    Washing done and out
    Dishes X3
    Emails sent
    Grass cut
    One border and paving weeded
Bedroom cleaned and hoovered (easy now it has been decluttered :) )

    Grub
    Dal, and roasted veggies cooked
Lamb and bean burgers cooked for fridge
Lots of water drunk and iron supplements taken

    Success
The best thing is I actually purchased a garden storage box. I put it all together by myself too! Now all the tools in the house are out of the house and there is room for the older, heavy, hoover under the stairs for the first time in years!

I even treated myself to a plant that I have already planted instead of my usual leaving it to dry out and die :)
