Yesterday I paid a bill and spent forever drawing up yet another budget. I had my final payment! I wanted it all out of the way so I worked out what the funds needed to do and got the monies out of my account.
I promised myself a bag if I got through my situation at work. I have watched it for 3 seasons and it never goes on sale so I am buying it. If it isn’t perfect for my needs it goes back. It should come in the next few days. In the old days I bought much more expensive bags whilst in debt and yet spending this much has been difficult. I have changed!
I spoke to the veg box company. They are going to let me pay when I receive the box instead of a continuous authority payment as I declined that payment method. Glad I asked. I won’t start this until I get back from my hols.
I’ve been concentrating on work but as soon as I finish I go on holiday so I need to get packed and sort out malaria tabs. I hadn’t fancied them at all as I react badly but then I read Parsniphead and decided to get some perspective. I’ll go to the health shop and see if I can get some high strength probiotics and milk thistle to take at the same time. I’m off to a muslim country so no alcohol. So, I’ve decided to spend the whole of September AF to further aid my immune system after the antibiotics.
I don’t eat meat when I am travelling to reduce tummy bugs so no alcohol or meat should result in a lighter DIA returning to the UK.
Working my last Saturday today.
Enjoy your day.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

The garden box sounds great. Little things like that make such a big difference!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
