Hi, I too are being hounded by RW for a debt that is mostly charges from visa's that I opened in 1989 and 1997 respectivley!. I have CCA'd for both of them and am now waiting for the second response to my request. The biggest debt was from the Co-op bank and has over the years just gone to a stupid amount. RW have said they are asking OC for the aggreement.As of yet they havn't replied other than putting the account on hold then sending me 4 letters today asking me for payment!,contrary or what!. I too am determined to see this through as I have been hounded for years with this company and enough is enough!. I still can't understand why the Halifax added over £1500 to my account over 12 months then passed it on to RW. The original alleged debt was only £3,800 or so, now they reckon it's £7,050!.
