Have you already sent the letter that I reccomended earlier? This letter informs them that they have now committed an offence, and asks them to refund all payments.
In case you have not done it, the link is here:

Yes I sent that one special delivery on 7th Jan so technically their 14 days are up tomorrow.
The response I have had from them is the last letter I quoted in this thread.
What I need to know now is where to go next.
Do I tell them I am going to report them as they have not complied with my requests or do I go straight to trading standards/OFT or who ever else I can and let them deal with it?
Thanks

Sorry LM - my brain is not 100% today.
You should send them a letter stating that you are surprised that they have chosen to ignore your letters, and that you are now reporting them to the Trading Standards Office, The Financial Ombudsman, Consumer Credit Association and the Information Commissioner's Office.
Furthermore, since they have not refunded the money that you have already paid, you will, within the next 7 days, be commencing recovery action through the County Courts.
If you wish, I can draft you a letter - as far as I am aware there are no 'template' letters as now the scenario will go to more 'personal' detail.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. Hi hun, Have had a read, Be prepared for a battle actually getting your money back. The ones i have been chasing i have managed just to get rid of. And trying to get defaults removed from my credit report. And 2 others i am now in process of reclaiming money back. I would let ROG2 draft you that letter. Weller has got much further than i have so far. And yes report them th the oft and the information commisioners office, everyone in rog2 posts. I know a fair bit of the SAR and CCA stages but am now learning as i go with reclaiming.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:
