It possibly disappeared after a wonderful Windows 10 feature update. AP will help if you cannot find your key.

Thanks Everywhere. I did get a key from this but it doesn't fit the format at the link you gave. Something is wrong but I will try again later as I need to go out now. Or I will contact AndyPix as recommended.

It is 4 x 5 characters - that is the Product ID and there is also 'CD Key' below this.

CD Key is what you need. That should be in the form of XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

I didn't say it was their responsibility. I said it would have been helpful if they had pointed this out.
