So tonight I cooked dinner then drank Becks Blue 0% alcohol. THEN at after 9pm I thought I'd have a glass of wine as we watched "The Undoing" on catch up. OH decided to go to bed once it was done so i was left there feeling slightly annoyed with myself i had had wine. Normally though, i would have sat up drinking alone and fetching another bottle up from the wine cellar but i only sipped half of my second glass and left the rest.
No increase in days but an improvement in behaviour to report.

Inspired by MaggieM's post yesterday I'm committing early to this evening. 7/14 please Cathybird and pumpkin day for me. I found being tired and hungry in the early part of last night coincided with feeling tempted. After eating dinner it was easier although I still had a couple of wobbly moments. Have a good day everyone.

Further to this discussion, I often decide early that I won't drink but I don't like to declare until it's in the bag. I like to leave open the possibility that I will have a spontaneous drink to, for example, celebrate someone's news or an unexpected occasion.
On that note and no such occasion presenting itself🙂 I am 16/25 for yesterday please cathybird. Thank you. X3 -
