Evening All, 

Successful night taking me to 10 AF. 
One non alcoholic "gin" and one alcohol free beer got me through. I've just discovered through a trade advert I've been sent that there is now alcohol free rum!! I think I shall be trying that next. 

Hope you've all had a great weekend. To cope with these grey days I've added a pic of a sunset in the Seychelles to my profile. Red skies there every night!

Declaring early for today Monday so 12/21 please. It's odd, I used to worry about declaring early but now find this really encouraging as once I have decided then I often don't think of alcohol at all that day.
