Today is day 20/25 for me, and day 15 in a row on my 28 day challenge. 
It's also the day when I am finally debt free, apart from my mortgage. I have been in debt since I got my student overdraft in September 1991, and at times it felt that I would never see this day. 
I'll still use a credit card for flights, but in the knowledge that I can pay them off over 2-3 months. 
I shall celebrate with a 5km run this evening!

This is my last 6 days before my month long abstinence starts and I'm aiming for two of these to be AF 😉

I did have a drink last night and intend to have a drink tonight so my next AF day will be Tuesday. Looking forward to the ascending balloon!
