Since late July I've imbibed more alcohol from the smell of hand sanitiser than from a glass!!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4

Congratulations on reaching target lantanna 👏👏👏
The list of smileys is looking very colourful now 😀3 -
Thanks people, I actually enjoy an AF Sunday now and feel the benefits of a non hungover Monday in work. Some of the hand sanitisers are really awful. I tend to carry my own and use it instead.3

Congrats AnnieG, that is a great achievement on the debt-free front. Not sure if you were being tongue in cheek when you said about exercise as a reward but if you meant it, that’s a really healthy mindset to get into. If I’ve had a tough day at work, nowadays I’d much rather go for a long run afterwards than hit the bar as I would’ve done in times gone past and I’d regard a really long hike or a tough workout as a genuine treat.
Also well done to everyone else who has already reached or nearly got to target.
24/28 please cathybird.5 -
