10/20 for me today please Cathy.
Cuppa, as others said might take time to adjust. I saw a sleep documentary with Colin Espie and he said reducing caffeine often improves sleep. I often find sober sleep is more refreshing/powerful but not always. I feel cheated if I am AF and don't have good sleep that night.

14/18 please for today, Sunday. I didn't start weeding yesterday so have lots to do today.Re sleep, I also do the waking and turning over which is infuriating! I'm currently on 7 consecutive days AF but my sleep hasn't changed. I do wonder if it is in part just getting older. I hope your sleep improves Wannabee.Well done CuppaTea on the reset. When not dieting I am trying to be AF Mon to Thursday. I think I've been most tempted on some of these lovely sunny days but with autumnal weather approaching perhaps that temptation will diminish.3
