Declaring early again so 13/18. Hope everyone has a good weekend - I'm hoping to get through the weeding in the garden before the rain next week.2

Good luck Maggie, take care of yor back when weeding!
I'm feeling cheated of a good night's sleep. I stayed AF yesterday even in a pub and after a stressful couple of weeks was able to sleep late. 5am was a big disappointment. Now I need to reset my mood and get enthusiastic about the lovely sunny day out there instead of sulking. Undecided about drinking today.https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6621582/ynab-robber-needs-help-to-execute-the-plan/p1

I’m 12/20 please.6 days in a row. But I am looking forward to some wine tomorrow. My drinking had risen to 4 nights a week over the summer holidays and into early September. So I decided to take drastic action. Firstly to make target and second to press the reset button.Allowed 1 day this week and aiming for no mid week drinking again. I drive a Friday night so that only leaves Saturday/Sunday. I drive Monday and Thursday nights, so only Tuesday/Wednesday to navigate. Those are my tricky sod it days. Usually one of them I cave.Live for the moment and plan for the future3

The annoying thing is I haven’t drunk 6 nights consecutively but my sleep pattern is still very restful. I drop off easily but find myself waking, turn over back to sleep, waking turn over back to sleep. I NEVER wake up feeling refreshed. Always tired. My sleep app shows I wake a lot in the night, more than I realise. I had decaf tea from 6pm too.I’m also exercising 5-6 times a week.Maybe this is it.Live for the moment and plan for the future3

It'll be your body getting used to it.3

It's strange, I'm certainly sleeping better - rather too well!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!3

It seems to be my general pattern. Even when I had 3 weeks off in the summer, I didn’t notice any changes and I hoped I would.Live for the moment and plan for the future2
