  • I know the feeling Shaggy. I go to Sl. World and even so am only 5lb lighter than this time last year!

    Slipped up last night so nothing else to report :(
    Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

    I'm another trying to shift December gains. I don't weigh at home so can't say how much but my clothes tell me it's a few pounds more than I'd like. I do some exercise but I know it's the food (and drink:() that really makes the difference. Which gives us all a good incentive for AFDs (provided we don't replace the booze with chocolate or crisps or cheese or......;)).

    Target day today and more than half the month left.:D

    10/10 AFDs please Shaggy and 3/4 for the SNC.

    Very pleased with how AFness is going, but having put on a massive 6 pounds in December :eek: I'm having trouble getting the neddle to shift downwards on the scales. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm counting calories and doing exercise. So I've lowered my calories even further and upped my exercise a bit. Let's see if that works!


    Well, the scales were kinder to me this morning and I do seem to have lost 2 pounds since 1st Jan - so now I've just got to keep up the good work!
    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
