Very pleased with how AFness is going, but having put on a massive 6 pounds in December :eek: I'm having trouble getting the neddle to shift downwards on the scales. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm counting calories and doing exercise. So I've lowered my calories even further and upped my exercise a bit. Let's see if that works!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Day 14 of dry January, but I’ve had such a crappy day at work I really fancy a drink. I’m determined not to as I know this will only make me feel worse. Might have to cheer myself up with a cuppa and a twirl, I’ve run out of chocolate hon nobs!!!0

I love the picture of scales Shaggy - mine are shouting help too, but think I need to fight on only one front at the moment. Looking at all the extra calories in alcohol it's hardly surprising I seem very hungry at the moment so need to get used to the calorie deficit before trying to reduce even more. I am trying to exercise more at the moment but know changing what I eat is likely to be more successful. Hope your efforts work well.0 -
