I too think you had a successful day yesterday cathybird. You chose to drink yesterday, today you choose not to. You are in control not the alcohol.
16/31 and 5/5 SNC for yesterday please Shaggy. Thank you. X0 -
I had a blip at the beginning of the week.
Stress I think.
But I got back on it last night and intend to tonight and tomorrow to make up for it.
Still on 9/18. (Sad face)Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Not an AFD for me and to be accountable, I will say that I had two cocktails and a glass of wine with lunch, then late in the afternoon we had a leaving celebration for someone who quit work today so someone handed me a small glass of champagne for that, to which I didn't say no, then I had a margarita when I got home (one shot of tequila and one shot of cointreau along with the lime). So quite a lot but I wasn't drunk at any time and I feel okay. Back in the saddle tomorrow.
Sounds like you were in control, and you had a good time a win win in my book.
Good morning everyone,
17 please Shaggy
Family birthday today, but I have nominated myself as duty driver:D

Hi All, won’t drink tonight so currently 16/28, thank you (last Sat was one of the planned non-AF days for me this month).0

Thanks marahouti and Arkers
One good thing about it too is that I enjoy AFDs at least as much if not more than days where I have a drink, so that is pretty massive progress

So I had an idea about not being able to sign in on my laptop but it all works perfectly on my phone.
I went into saved passwords and found I have seven entries for MSE on 2 different email addresses. I deleted the lot. Then typed in the details I am using for my phone..........and I am in. Not sure how or why I had 7 saved passwords for one site, but I think Microsoft was finding it difficult to distinguish and so it didnt bother.
Anyway, makes my life easier when I want to type more than a few lines.
Have a good weekend all.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
