Evening all, day 8 AFD today. Hubby is drinking tonight and I could so easily have had a drink with him, but I’m sat with a cuppa and some chocolate hob nobs.......they seem to be hitting the spot!!

Unlike the last two evenings I was very tempted tonight. I went to buy milk on the way home and had a massive debating society in my head with one half suggesting stopping at the off licence and the other half trying to talk me into sticking to my AFD. I am pleased that half of me won!

Day 3 is often very tough for me for some reason.
