I did it! Another SNC of 5 under me belt!
I was tempted a few times I must admit, but then got a hold of myself and thought what's the point? So now I just snuggle down under my duvet (we keep one of the sofa, haha),
I'm up to 10 for the month and 155 for the year, get me eh?!
Was chatting to a friend this morning who was out last night, but generally doesn't drink that much and I commented that I hadn't drunk all week. She said that when she met me a few years ago, I drank almost every night and look how far I've come. And she had a point. I was never a secret drinker and everyone knew that I thought I drank too much, but because I wasn't falling down drunk, nobody else paid much attention to me, haha.
I don't have that many s0d it days now and if I do, I feel guilty. I like my planned days and I enjoy them. Like tonight and tomorrow. I will enjoy my wine and then get back on the wagon on Sunday.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

hi all, not an AFD for me as I was out to lunch earlier, but it was not over the top and I really enjoyed it. That's the first drink I've had since Oct 25th so I'm pretty pleased with that. Back in the saddle tomorrow!0

Some great stories of planned, moderate drinking. That's what those of us that don't want to give up drinking but want to control it rather than the drinking control us are working towards, well done :T
15/21 please Shaggy. Thank you. X0 -
