Morning all let’s hope this post doesn’t go missing. A better day yesterday alcohol wise. One beer and one wine. Happy with that while away. I am in le land of Mickey Mouse with two of my grown up offspring. They have gone off to the capital for the day and I am meeting them later. Am looking forward to knuckling down when I get back.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

I’m sooooooo jealous, wish I was in Micky Mouse land ,,, one of my most favourite places in the world x:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -
Well, I seem to be back on board with this.
I drank Friday and Saturday, not excessively, but I'm sure it would be a lot for some people.
Spent a lot of yesterday contemplating whether to open a bottle and then just decided not to. My aim is 5 for the SNC and I am usually fine, but just when at home on a Sunday, I do get tempted.
So I am up to 6 for the month so far and 151 for the year!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Good to be back on the wagon today:). We've got a short break planned for the end of the month so need to get plenty of AF days logged in beforehand.

Evening all , doing well and I don t even miss the booze at the moment, I’m enjoying being clear headed and knowing I’m not going to get argumentative under the influence!

In the end it was a relief for me that those old behaviours were a thing of the past. I can very clearly remember, although it's now several years ago, walking home from a night out with a huge feeling of relief that I wasn't going to be regretting anything the next morning, and that I wasn't going to be feeling sluggish all day, either. Bit of a lightbulb moment, that.
12/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0
