Good morning everyone. Didn't drink yesterday so 6/10 for April challenge please Shaggy. It was very hard yesterday evening. My husband and I sat and watched a film on tv; DH made popcorn and we finished off an Easter egg, very nice. He didn't try to make me have a drink but I was SO tempted, he opened a bottle of my favourite merlot and drank the whole thing during the course of the film.0

Hang on in there marahouti. That's the worst of temptation but you managed it!:T It should be easier next month when you've got your drinking days to balance things out. I plan my drinking days/AF days in advance as I like the control. I'm always disappointed with myself if I have a s*d it day. Have you got a plan?
