Please let me know if I've made a mistake!

Everyone Welcome Anytime of the Month!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Good Luck! Hope the Easter chocolate and feasting hasn't done too much damage!

Do most of you on here love the week days when you don’t drink , I don’t even think about drinking on week night ,, but still like to drink at weekends , I would like to eventually be AF ,,,,,,,,, but I still have the fear of thinking about that !!!

I can identify wit that. I think it's about wanting something to look forward to, to make the weekends different IYSWIM. I've no wish to be AF. I've achieved what I wanted which is sensible, social drinking but I often think I should be able to be AF at weekends if I tried. Almost the only time I succeed is when I'm going out without DH and need to drive. At least I've cracked not drinking when I get home from a night out. ;)

Thanks for putting me on the May list Shaggy. :)

Target day for me and then for a few bonus days. Considering I was away last week I'm pleased with that.

    10/10 AFDs please.

14 please, thanksI was amazingly (for me!) careful with how much wine I drank over the weekend, I found a stop button from somewhere, so unit total looking good even if AFD total not great

    Brilliant, well done Pricey!

Maman, I love that you've cracked the Moderation thing, I really do. I'm reminded that there's hope for everyone that wants to moderate whenever you post.

Weighed myself this morning: 67.7 kgs. Remarkably, I think this is due to eating a big enough lunch that I forget about having anything later. Let's see if this continues.
    24/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
