I'm up to 4 days these month which I am happy with. Have worked out if I stick to 20 days AF for both Aug and Sep, I will be back to my target of 50% and then just have to do half the month from then on to get my yearly target.
But that's getting ahead of myself. Find if I set myself targets, I might just fail them.

It's good to have a plan Pollyanna. Personally I set low targets and then I'm satisfied when achieved and delighted if exceeded. Others are more aspirational. What matters is that we keep trying.

I agree with this approach absolutely - it's much better to hit a target than miss it, I reckon, even if it's only a small target. If I miss a target it saps my motivation and makes me feel so dispirited
