now I am landed with a CCJ and no one is helping me.
I am not seeing that. Your thread has lots of helpful replies already.
I have zero bad intentions and all I get is abuse!
    Where?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn’t mean you. Or this thread.
They’re a law firm. They have entered a ccj.
I am just asking what am I supposed to do ?
If you don’t know or don’t want to then just say but you keep questioning everything I’ve said really.
I’ve called these bw legal monsters three times and they tell me nothing. At all.
But to pay or seek legal advice because I now have a CCJ and they do not care if I they were sent to a random address I had years ago.

Ok so you are asking what to do. I've told you twice. Check the official register rather than believe known liars.

he did in posts #14 and #16, presumably using your link

the simple fact is that you either pay in full by that may date to stop it going on the CCJ register, OR you fight back by getting it set aside, which costs £255 and you would need help and advice with, because then you may have to fight the original court case you knew nothing about

people here will ask you questions until they feel they can answer your queries , same as the CAB or a lawyer would do

the PPC and B W LEGAL have sc@mmed you by using an old address , so this helps you to get it set aside if you want to do so

And what do I do after that?

Surely you know the process of bw legal and the following CCJ?

    They don’t need to lie.

They’re mentioned on here a million times.

this thread explains it in laymans terms , especially post #3 where somebody else is in a similar position and fighting back (except theirs was from CEL , but its the same procedure)

complain to your local MP, same as we tell everyone else and have done so ourselves

the new Parking bill by Sir Greg Knight will help somewhat, BUT county court judgments are issued for all sorts of issues , rent arrears , not paying for goods and services , all sorts, the parking companies misuse it to their own advantage and using old addresses is a well known sc@m that even the PM knows about

read this from way back in 2016

    https://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2016/12/government-announce-ccj-review-due-to.html

this is exactly what has happened to you, and this B***t fisaco over the last 3 years should not have stopped them from sorting this problem out, so mention it to your local MP in your complaint and ask them to get the MHCLG to get on with it

    https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/ministry-of-housing-communities-and-local-government/about

read this where Theresa May said these problems would be rooted out (in 2016) and ask your local MP to write to her asking what they have done about it

    https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/guides/article-3798933/Don-t-let-debt-ruling-knew-ruin-life-year-900-000-county-court-judgments-handed-s-fight-them.html
drivers are being targeted for simple parking mistakes and utility suppliers are handing them out for bungled bills.

Prime Minister Theresa May says she plans to root out abuse of these debt orders.
    read this old thread too

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5524754/knock-knock-mrs-may-anyone-at-home-what-are-you-doing-about-these-ccjs

where this was said by Coupon - Mad
People with CCJs need to bombard Theresa May and Sir Oliver Heald with their stories - NOW

and do not accept the email at face value , do the online check using the link Waamo gave over on page one

You don't know for certain you have one. All you have is one email from a company known to lie. Unfortunately you are refusing to check.

There is little anyone can do to help other than offer generic advice as to how to get a set aside as there is no concrete information because you refuse to check.

Here is a link to the relevant post in the Newbies thread. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=64350585&postcount=2
