CCJ from BW Legal. Please help.

As I said, I found an email in my junk folder.
I have never received or seen a letter or email before this email today explaining I have a CCJ.

Their machine wasn’t even working and the app said parking not available please check for signage and there was no signage yet cars were parked.

First of all check to see if you really do have a ccj. The official register is here https://www.trustonline.org.uk/

Once we know for certain we can go from there.

It has been registered. The email says so. And if I pay by the 2nd May then I can ask the court to cancel it.

IF YOU PAY IN FULL BY 2 May 2019

You can ask the court to cancel the entry on the register. You will need to give the court proof of payment which we can provide to you.
If you also want a Certificate of Cancellation from the court, there is a fee for this.

IF YOU PAY IN FULL AFTER 2 May 2019

You can ask the court to mark the Judgment entry on the register as "satisfied", and (for a fee) for a Certificate of Satisfaction to prove that the debt has been paid.

Rachity, are you going to tell the OP the costs to him of your proposal?

I came on here in 2017 to read through posts and I followed the advice and now I am landed with a CCJ and no one is helping me. I don’t understand what people are saying. I am trying to by my first house and I do not need a CCJ and this stress either. I am most likely going to have to pay this £250 and then more to get this CCJ cancelled.

I can't see any abuse of you. Please check the official register of ccjs rather than believe emails from dodgy debt collectors who tell lies.
