You know from the POFA what the time limits are! It's linked in the NEWBIES thread.

if that sign was on display it did not meet BPA COP ,

according to the terms you owe 5 x £25 , no mention of when and to whom , no mention of escalating costs

perhaps you should ask the bpa if they are happy with that sign

Those signs were in force in 2016 but they put new ones in 2017 which have a £70 figure - I posted them further down

yup but you are not going to tell that to BPA , you are going to ask them if they have audited signs (they dont) YOU WIN due to embarrassment they have

i have probably read that but then again I have read so much stuff in the last few weeks I am struggling to remember what is what if I am honest - I will have a fresh look at that
  • do you think brittania will want to show the BPA the nasty 2017-8 signs and be ridiculed

    this sign is not acceptable

I suspect that bruttania would not forward the later signs to the BPA because they do not meet BPA code of practice , and BPA are supposed to audit (view them) yearly , which they cannot of done

POFA is very , very important to your case, especially as BRIT failed to follow it as CM stated earlier

timescales for a windscreen pcn are , NTK to keeper after contacting the dvla , between day 29 and day 56 to arrive with the RK of a private vehicle

if no windscreen ticket was issued , then the timescale for a private vehicle are that the NTK must arrive by day 15 following the incident , where the incident date is day zero and they have obtained keeper details from the dvla within that period

nb:- company/hire/lease vehicles are different however , with alternate timescales

there are other hoops they must jump through as well, like the warning paragraph and other bits and pieces listed in POFA , BUT IF THEY FAIL JUST ONE , THEY FAIL , END OF

I read the BPA code or practice the other day and it is obvious that the new signs are as bad as the old ones but probably not quite as bad as they have not been tampered with by Britannia/waitrose employees to cover up the word penalty

As you recommended earlier an email will be winging its way to Mr Steve Clark at the BPa - .

The signs in your latest reply are the new ones - do you think I should also include the signs that were present in 2016 (the doctored ones ) so that he can see how non compliant both setes of signs were

Paul Smith? Where did that name come from?
  • send the worse , you know that the DULL terms and conditions should be readable upon entry , thats entry to site not supermarket ,as you drive in to have picnick , how do you know its £100 for doing it , or that you have to spend £10 in store

FULL TERMS , not read other notice AFTER you have parked

if the bpa kill this , you are home and away , go bpa route first , dont forget dvla etc etc
