UKPC, Popla how short an appeal?

We don't know the 4 entry /exit times. The 4 letters are all identical with the timestamp from first entry and the timestamp from the final exit.

Yes it would have been a good few minutes between the 1st entry and last entry so the vehicle was not on the site for the whole 105 minutes.

Even without that the grace period of 15 minutes should be within fair use surely? In my first appeal i said about the lack of spaces and its a tax on the customer.

I use the same site because its the halfway point when visiting them.

I wouldn't show the entrance sign - instead, let them show it. Your pics are fine.

And split 'grace periods' into two points.

ONE is about inadequate grace period. Attach some proof of disability and also state that this is the reason the car drove out 3 times, because the disabled person needed to have a wide enough bay to comfortably get out and enter the building without a long walk by his standard (yards).

Really lay it on thick that this is why a longer grace period was needed, and quote the BPA's top guy, Kelvin Reynolds' article about grace periods (Google it) as he talks about disabled people needing longer).

Then split separately the point about the 4 NTKs and state that there were 4 trips round, none of which exceeded 90 minutes by any strecth of the imagination.

List the times on all 4 NTKs, if you can read them all. Set them out clearly and put UKPC to strict proof to explain how come their system is so faulty as to issue 3 or 4 NTKs, all slightly different but all trying to rely on the first entry/last exit. State that this clearly shows a fault with the ANPR system here and proves the point that this was more than one visit, made to look as if it was one period of parking of over 90 minutes, which is untrue.

How can i show proof of disability? not my ticket and i was not the driver either. Makes this a bit of a pain.. Should have seen how long i was on the phone getting the pictures of the 3 letters together lol
