Here is the 'Beavis case' sign as a comparison to the signs under dispute in this case:

    http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-eYdphoIIDgE/VpbCpfSTaiI/AAAAAAAAE10/5uFjL528DgU/s640/Parking%2Bsign_001.jpg

Make sure this is NOT shown as a link in your actual appeal document, but embedded as an image to illustrate the appeal, and that you also show an image of the lack of signs if you can get them (Google StreetView screenshot, if nothing else).

All seems OK to me if you also have photo evidence of lack of signs.

2nd and 4th ones are useable. Don't use the close ups.

Plus get an entrance screenshot from Google StreetView, at an angle that shows the sign can't be seen from one approach side...

    Yes.

But here are some more good images to help you describe not seeing a sign:

    Fig 1

    https://goo.gl/maps/QS5RX2YGaDq

That shows if a car drives in from the left, you can't see the sign on the left low down, and there is no entrance sign on a pole or on the right. Also that image is from 2015 and shows at that time, there is a square 'M' white sign facing arriving drivers, on the wall opposite the entrance, and it's believed to be a message about how long you can stay.

But in the 2018 GSV images the (rebuilt) wall is completely blank as you arrive:

    https://goo.gl/maps/erXuhXytURk

And it's one-way so drivers MUST go through the queue of the drive-thru, which not only will hold you up if it's busy, but it's also got no UKPC signs:

    https://goo.gl/maps/SEarphpxDzv

There might be a sign in the corner here but this van has obscured it completely:

    https://goo.gl/maps/9QDLYibFJjT2

Then put your GSV picture of the dark blue van (there's a sign behind it...can't be seen, though)!

So you park and get out of your car - no signs on the building you are facing:

    https://goo.gl/maps/Dc45wsAB4XU2

Here is a chap walking from his vehicle into the restaurant, can you see a sign?!

    https://goo.gl/maps/KFyTJTRq5ms

The most you might see is the side of this one, as you drive OUT (too late to form a contract relying on acceptance of known terms and conduct by parking):

    https://goo.gl/maps/93vs8UaG6u52

Tell that story with pictures for POPLA, INSTEAD of the paragraph in the signage template with the signazon link (it no longer works).

Make it an interesting treasure hunt for the POPLA Assessor: 'spot the sign'!

Embed the images into your document as pictures, not as links, so it looks like a storybook.

Oh, and have this first (your images of the letters all the same) and prove the disability too, for good measure, and argue that in fact the car DID NOT park for that time because UKPC cameras caught the car more than once going round and round looking for a suitably wide space in this small site:
Driver drove in and out 4 times in total, the keeper received 4 identical letters. We assume its clocked each entrance / exit (ANPR) yet they only provided the same photo in each letter and only one parking charge.

Driver was disabled so given the trouble finding a parking space a grace period of 15 minutes should have been allowed.

Thank you again, will work on that and tidy it up into one document.

Links seemed to work, maybe i missed one?

Whats the best format to send the appeal? A word document uploaded?
    External links allowed?

    :)

Found a 2017 page email the appeal?

Oh good, yes the Signazon one is working again.

Anyway add in a section about the story of the 4 trips round and how even when driving in and out again the driver would not have seen a sign except for that sideways on view when leaving - no chance in moving traffic, when it was as busy as it was (explain how busy it was).

Just read through a realise it was probably too late to get the info needed, the 4 entry/exit times

You say early on a toilet visit can be up to an hour but then later say the Mc purchase was after a toilet visit and 45mins after first entry.

That does not help identify the APNR period that should be used.

I think the key point here is unless shown otherwise the last entry should be used(not the first entry) and once the times are looked at it will be clear that the actual period where the vehicle could have been parked will have been less than the 105mins.

Grace periods for finding a space and exiting the car park should apply to that period.

There does not seem to be a no return condition so each entry/exit should be considered separately.

Thats as long as the 3 drive by took more than 5mins which is probable.

I notice there is a KFC also a UKPC site opposite.

Perhaps someone visiting the area can do a few drive through to see if they can get UKPC to issue tickets for both sites with overlapping time periods.
