Seems like just the one charge. Nevertheless, fire off 4 separate initial appeals from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1.

See what they come back with. If it’s 4 different POPLA codes, go to town on those and see if you/we can’t wrap UKPC up in a tangle. If they pursue all 4 for a single ticket, they will incur £120 POPLA charges and tees them up for a BPA complaint.

The OP is at POPLA stage though.

So you are saying the car drove in and out looking for a space and did not park for over 90 minutes at all?

Yes the car drove in and out 4 times in total. They did park on the final entrance.

The time on the receipt for purchase was approx 40 minutes after the time on the first photo.

4 letters but only one parking charge. All letters exact same date/time/photo/reference.

OK so you are going to need to show that in your POPLA appeal, and show them the 4 letters and put the PPC to strict proof as to how their system generated 4 letters all the same, which must have been caused by the 4 entry/exits, and yet they have all defaulted to the 'first in last out' time.

You will need to show POPLA all 4 letters and write something like the above, as well as including all the usual templates shown in the NEWBIES thread.

But a scan wont prove we have all letters will it?

Or do you mean overlap them? The keeper is not exactly tech savvy, been a while since she scanned anything.

    Thanks

Fingers crossed i can get them to do that. Photo would be better i guess.

But probably have more luck getting them to scan to the computer and send the picture than connecting their phone to the PC.

Thanks again. ..Pray for me, old people and computers ouch!!! :)

Sorry for the next post being war and peace. Finally managed to get the photos of the 3 letters together. Its hard when the keeper wants to pay and not fight and when they live hundreds of miles away, parking location midway between us also.

McDonalds Newark. (A46 one).. Everything is late because she stayed with us over xmas and into late January. Only getting home to see the PCN's on the day it needed to be appealed. Then sending me the rejection letter by snail etc. Only today to complete this i think.

    Sorry and Thanks....
