Im a man Elvis :')! I'm very fussy about my suits as i like the trousers just to touch the top of my shie but even with shoes on they don't even get to my ankles!
Apologies - I always associate the brand with women's clothing! Even easier to prove that the error can only be on their part. Women have trousers tailored depending on the heel height they will wear with them but I've never seen a man wearing a suit with them above his ankles.0 -
It seems that the error is theirs being as though you say that they were pinned there etc. It's not like you've just given them your measurements over the phone/email, you actually have to be present via appointment for them to do such. So the mistake really is on their part.
It would be ridiculous to assume that you knowingly approved such a drastic and chilly height anyway.
In regards to them being out of pocket, it's their fault not yours and I would hazard a guess that they probably carry spares to these suits should other components arrive or become damaged.
I once had my trousers taken up 5 inches without any cut off by a professional tailor and they did a grand job so I don't blame Deethebee for thinking such, stranger things have happenedAndyMc..... wrote: »You can't honestly think they'd leave a six inch hem.
