Help my car has been Towed away on Private Land

Under Section 54 of POFA 2012 it became a criminal
offence to, without lawful authority:
• immobilise a vehicle by attaching an immobilising
device, such as a wheel clamp, or
• move or restrict the movement of a vehicle by any
means, intending to prevent or inhibit its removal by,
among others, the driver

this is not TWOC as others have stated , this is seperate legislation

they started sending random letter to all residences saying they cars will be towed if they get 2 or more tickets

I mean HA starting sending letter to all residences saying if you get 3 or more tickets, your vehicle will be towed away

Thanks guys for the advice, I have got so many messages here now, I need to start reading through and start my legal process, firstly I need to go to my local MP, maybe he can ring the police and advice them asap, because to me it's fraud, I was scammed bcos they know I live there, they know I won't pay the money, bcos they were coward parking company, so they took the law into their hands my towing my car and get me to cough up all outstanding ticket charge

Oh, and email Steve Clark at the BPA, even though this firm is no longer in their AOS, and ask if there is any contact he knows of who can deal with this, bearing in mind this firm used to be a BPA member and have acted illegally (he might just say the Police but it would be useful to appraise him of all of this):

but they did,nt , a company called accord towed it


I think at this point forget about the fine payments , you need to get accord spoken to by police , WHO asked accord to tow car , MA or Parking Co

According to the Elite Management over the phone, he said the tickets were 3, one from 2016 December, the 2nd ticket was sept 2018 and the 3rd was the 7th January 2019, which was same day my car was towed away.

ok , now have you asked the BPA for the date that elite were suspended , and emailed the DVLA to find out who/when asked for your info

and as pr my question above WHO asked accord to tow car , HA or elite
