What happens with the BPA investigation now? I'm guessing this will quietly be dropped and back to business as usual.

Of course, that is why the BPA is a dinosaur not fit for purpose.
It's just a glorified scammers club

Well the case never got through to hearing, after HA and PPC defence which was a lot of rubbish, both of them were blaming each other for the offence. HA decided to settle and pay me the money, and ask me to discontinue the case. I seemed advice from bargepole, he advised that the offer was reasonable. So I accepted it. So unfortunately the judge never got to hear our case. I would have loved it to get to hearing and see what PPC and HA would say to the judge

What involvement have the police had in this?

i just received a letter from PPC solicitor saying they cease to represent the PPC. and that any further correspondent should be sent to the PPC directly...lol. Confused.com the PPC are.

should we had carried on to hearing, we would have won 100%. i hope the HA have learnt their lessons. am not sure if the PPC still look after this premises because i haven't seen any PCN on any vehicle screen screen for a while now. hopefully they kick Elite management out completely for good.

That's only part of the solution. In many cases management companies simply turn to the next PPC to come a knocking. Be alert to any move in that direction.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
