Help my car has been Towed away on Private Land

Neither case provides legal grounds for towing away a car & demanding a ransom for release. I suspect a rogue PPC. I thought Elite Parking Management had been suspended from BPA but I see that they are on the current (March 2019) list of operators

Elite Management midlands is their name not Elite parking. And yes they are still suspended, they are not on the BP List. It will interest you guys to know again, that Elite Management midlands, has issued some cars PCN in my premises where I live this morning even though they have been suspended, they are still issuing parking tickets. I don't understand why my HA is still using them, when there know and have acknowledged in one of their letter to me that Elite has been suspended and are not part of the BPA.

If you see any of your fellow residents with those tickets issued today, tell them to file them, but ignore them. Elite cannot access their data from the DVLA because of their ban, so no way of serving anything further on them.

Unless, the MA has a record of VRMs linked to addresses and they pass on the details to Elite. Then it will get really interesting!

The story here is becoming so mixed up, you seem to avoid answering some questions, so maybe a face-to-face meeting will help get to the bottom of things much more quickly

Each post has a #number in the top r/h corner. If you're using a phone, I believe it doesn't show if you're holding it in portrait mode, turning it on it's side to landscape mode reveals the #.

I feel a lot better now since barge pole stepped in. He is willing to help me when I am willing to send him whatever thing he needs, and I can also meet him if you want I don't mind traveling.

I think I know what Elite are trying to do when they said they didn't tow my vehicle. Is like someone parked on my property and I call a towing van to tow it away, and I say I didn't tow your car, the towing van company did. But in all honesty who called the towing van to tow away that vehicle is the tower.
