According to coupon-mad he said "Popcorn now out, so time will tell"
Time will always tell. Good news to the house. bargepole has sorted it out for me. HA has paid me the full money for the recovery of my vehicle, plus £80 court fees and lost of wages too, including bus fare. HA has paid me a total of £767.50. They are now asking me to discontinue the case with the court.
That is good news. I am sure Bargepole will advise you correctly on the discontinuing OR otherwise of the court case. :beer:0 -
I say a very Big thank you to bargepole, and everyone that has helped me in this fight against HA and PPC. I really do appreciate all your hard work and selfless service on this forum. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.0

Yes bargepole is really a brilliant, he has done that already. Am so happy everything work out for good. At least all those that found my story weird and didn't believe me, would at least believe for once and be happy for our success story. Both PPC and HA were blaming each other for the offence, bargepole couldn't stop laughing at them with their defence.0

Very pleased for you. Well done to Bargepole, he is rather good you know, well of course you do know that already:T:T0 -
Very happy to see this reported as won by you.
It's the only illegal clamping case I can recall in recent years, so very rare.
Can you give us your court claim number to quote in future and the initial of your surname if you are happy to divulge it, so we can tell people to quote it like this?
''In claim number xxxxxxxx, Mr X v (two defendants - who?), the Claimant pursued a case against a parking firm and landowner for illegally removing his vehicle from private land, a criminal offence contrary to the clamping/towing ban in the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. The case was settled when the landowner Defendant (Housing Association) agreed to pay the motorist a total of £767.50 in expenses, costs and loss of wages caused by unlawfully depriving him of his vehicle.''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes but it was the best outcome available. I did know about this one and bargepole has his reasons for recommending that the offer was accepted.
I hope the OP gives us the claim number and initial of surname to quote.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nah. She said!
Super outcome. Well done on pushing through with this. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What happens with the BPA investigation now? I'm guessing this will quietly be dropped and back to business as usual.0
