neither do I and I have lived here for over 60

but me , my wife , my kids and my family and friends all know not to take a vehicle without an owners consent and to be insured if it is with consent

I believe you know what TWOC means , and you obviously know about uninsured drivers

as a vehicle owner and keeper we all know not to lend out a vehicle to an uninsured driver and not to let them take the vehicle

if they did a TWOC and were uninsured , we may not be reporting them to the police or the authorities , but we would probably try and sweep it under the carpet by paying the PCN , hence our latest advice to you

what you do in your own name is your choice, but we do not want your family dragged into this legal tangle and we cannot tell them that because they dont speak english and are not members here

so as interpreter we are advising you to tell them that this should be paid quickly so that no awkward questions are asked and no criminal charges brought

tell them that and see what they say, if they agree with us , then find the money and pay it because it was all your fault, because the alternatives are worse and you would then be dropping them in it as well as yourself

all the people who have responded have told you this , we cannot all be wrong

it may be a bitter pill to swallow, but you are better to prevent the infection with a fairly cheap fix than go looking for a very expensive cure that has infected those around you

if that english speaking solicitor MP got it wrong , what chance would you and your dad have ?

    think about it

ps:- here is a current court case for overstaying 90 minutes in similar circumstances

I never disagreed to whatever you or anybody elses suggested! I guess, due to not knowing all the implications as you do, I did not think it would be as horrific to go against the charge.

I also have moral responsibilities towards my parents, who raised me and taken care of me, and would never ditch them or put them through any difficult times.

I thought the get-out is easy without any kind of major issues ... wouldn’t have thought they sue you due to such a minor thing 16min.

TWOK!? Never heard but google says “take without concent”. Yes, driving illegally is illegal and all the implications.... guess, my mind was somewhere else on that day (blaming her ...lol).

Anyway, again, I thank you and everybody else and apologies for my irrational thinking and mybe stuborn behaviour - but all this wasn’t intentional.

I shall make be payment tomorrow or monday and get this case closed.

    Peace all
