Why not show us the order as a link, to a free hosting site like Imgur or Dropbox?

it tells us the hearing of the counterclaim is goig to take place end of august, i assume this is the court date and i should start prepping for it if not accepting mediation?

What counterclaim? You didn't counter-claim.

Yes you need to prepare your WS & evidence, in time for the deadline stated there.

Odd that the letter has nothing about the date by which both parties need to file & serve their WS and evidence, an odd that it talks about a counter-claim.

I would ring the local court & ask a clerk to clarify why it's talking about a counter-claim and when this Judge will tell you to file & serve your WS and evidence, because the order is silent about that...unless I missed it!

Are you initials ** - with an eight character surname?
If so, you would be wise to re-signup to dropbox with a totally anonymous username.
