Well...lost, made to pay £217. Was barely allowed to say anything in there, shot down when I was trying to speak. He was able to claim cost obviously.

Which court and the name of the judge.

Clearly the judge does not understand POFA2012 which is the law

The laws are made to also protect us and if judges can make such stupid decisions, it's no wonder the criminals look upon them as a joke

You have to pay £217 .... refresh me, what amount was the total claim for ?

I brought up the ceiling of £100 plus court fees, judge agreed, pace didn’t dispute. At the end he claimed £17 for his travel and the judge threw in an extra £25, which he is apparently allowed under POFA as he was representing himself as well. As director of pace was leaving he said “see you tomorrow” and we saw the usher knew him too. Must have an easy life there.
It was shambles in my opinion but the show must go on...
(Total claim was £243) so adding everything up i’ve probably spent more than that 😂
