    Right, I have just realised that I have emailed my witness statement to Gladstone’s rather that pace. How bad is it? Does it mean I’m pretty much screwed?

    The claim was from Gladstones was it not

    The claimant is pace recovery. I have no idea how I have f this up so much. Letter before claim is from Gladstone’s but they are acting on behalf of the claimant.

    And it's gladstones you responded to

    Very rare for the claimant to appear if using gladstones. Gladstones normally send their own muppet.
    Gladstones should have sent to copy of your defence to their representative who just happens to be Charman

    The court claim came from Gladstones not the PPC, so gladstones are the company you answer to

    You did exactly the right thing here. If the Claimant tries to tell the Judge that you sent it to the wrong place, insist otherwise.

    There is an address for documents on your Claim Form and that is Gladstones address.
