  • Exactly next week
  • I thoroughly believe the SAR is enough for evidence as you can see from the photos and the timing. It's in my favour and supports my defence

When exactly, i.e. on what date, is the hearing?
    Exactly next week
From the Notice that gave you that hearing date, what is the date that you have to "deliver to the other party and court offices copies of all documents on which the party intends to rely on at the hearing"?

    And have you done that?

It may be so but you have to (or had to) put this together in a Witness Statement and submit the SAR info as evidence suitably referenced and submitted in a paginated bundle to the court 14 days (or so) before the hearing.
  • Iirc, it did not give me another date at all. Just a date of hearing, nothing like what you're telling me, hence the confusion

Please don't rely upon your memory.

Check again the Notice of Allocation that gave you the hearing date.
Did it not say something like...
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].

    Edited to add...

I now see that you have lost that letter. Unbelievable!!

I would strongly suggest that you compile a Witness Statement, gather together your evidence and produce a Costs Schedule and get those filed with the court and sent to the Claimant before this weekend is out... or sooner if you can.
  • And to do those things do I need to refer back to the newbies thread?

You would be foolish not to , it's your Bible and go to resource , I already told you those things needed doing days ago

Read other recent and completed court cases for inspiration , because all this should have been done 2 to 3 weeks before the hearing date , as the lost letter would tell you

To find completed cases , use the forum Search box with the title of a well known song by queen

  • Hello everyone, I have a hearing today at 3pm. I have printed things off for my defence and to present in the hearing. As you can see from above, I did not send my WS and cost schedule in time, my evidence would have been the pictures from the SAR which I have printed off anyway. As those were not done in time, what options do I have? Is there anything I should know before the hearing?
