None of that is proof of address for the new LL.It's nothing , not nothink.0 -
Look what is the problem? All you have to do is to take into the lettings office two recent pieces of correspondance that proves the you live in the house that you say you do now. January 2019's gas or electricity bill and a piece of photo ID would do it.
Your new landlord doesn't have to let the property to you until he himself is satisfied. He doesn't have to take the word of the agents he can ask for his own proof. By not doing this and complaining about it you aren't causing a problem for anyone else except yourself. If you go on being obstructive over this for long enough you will probably lose the property because the landlord with get fed up and let it to someone else.0
