Have just applied for a B&B E-saver only last night before reading this! Oh well, lets hope its just teething problems due to high demand. I know a few people had problems with the Sainsburys Internet Saver when that first launched but mine was always ok. Fingers crossed

I personally have found B&B pretty good. I have an esaver (never had problems opening) and more recently opened an ebond with them. I have had no major problems especially not log in problems.
I made a minor error opening an ebond from the homepage without logging in - this caused a problem as I was waiting for my DD intructions to move my money across to it and after waiting 3-4 weeks - I rang them and they said we won't be moving any money that was just to give us idea of how much you wanted to put in to it - I asked if the money can me moved from my exisitng account -'oh you should have opened the ebond from you login area to do that - it would have been a shorter application process!' so I did and that worked fine. (They did say that they would change the wording to not mislead other people to thinking the same as I and many other had done)
So overall not too bad - I was going to move some more to B&B but reading the above - I'm slightly bothered now
