Panic buying come end of the month?

Options
Is anybody else stocking up on food and toilet rolls?

Getting cash out of bank account in case the banks collapse?

Baracading your front door and prepared to bug in to avoid all the yellow vest protests aka Paris.......

I know there is panic selling going on in the property market, and tenants are not paying their rents and thinking they will get away with it for a long time with all the coming chaotic uncertainty

Thanks I'm thinking with 5 days until 12th March No vote.
Maybe this weekend is a good time to spend a small set sum on essentials.
I don't intend to get left at home without essentials.
Toiletries+freezer+full tank of petrol should suffice at least initially.
Maybe some Spare light bulbs could help.
Is cash advised as I've been 90% contactless beeps -maybe I'll lift some cash then.

If the banks collapse like they came so close to in 2008, then cash is king for a while.

If you can’t beep your card, then cash will go further than before.

There will be some unhappy customers demanding to buy their goods, but not able to get any cash as the atms are down and banks shut.

You can be sure that if the government keeps saying there will be no panic buying then there will be panic buying

I've ordered a couple of spare big red buses, but there is a bit of a rush on big white lettering apparently ... so it might look a bit bare for a while.
