Hi everyone

After nearly 15 years at MSE I’ve made the extremely difficult decision to move on. I’m very sad to be leaving such an amazing bunch of people within MSE and on the Forum, but it’s the right time for me and my family. I’m going to take a break from work for a while, start keeping chickens and crack on with my garden, filling it with as many fruit and veg plants as possible to try to become self-sufficient – thank you to everyone on the Greenfingered board for all your tips!

My last day at MSE will be Friday 15th March.

In the meantime I will hand the Forum over to the more than capable hands of MSE Tine, who will very ably pick up the mantle of interim Forum Manager until the role has been filled. Please support her as much as you have me over the years.

The Forum has done amazingly so far this year; we’ve just seen our biggest day for Forum sign-ups since 2013 and I look forward to seeing the Forum and main site grow from strength to strength in years to come.

I want to thank all our amazing Board Guides for all their help over the years. They really don’t know how extremely valued they are by the Forum Team and MSE as a whole. Their passion for MoneySaving is what the Forum community is all about and I couldn’t have done my job without them.

I want to thank all members of all MSE Teams past and present who've helped make the MSE main site and Forum what it is today, working tirelessly and diligently day in day out, many of them very quietly behind the scenes without fanfare, to save as many people as possible as much money as possible.

Last but not least I want to thank you, this amazing community of Forum members, who regularly spend your own time on this Forum sharing your pearls of wisdom to help each other be the best MoneySavers you can be.

Thank you!

Andrea :)

    So long Andrea.

One final MSE tip though: While your plans to focus on "keeping chickens and crack" on your garden should certainly be profitable, I would keep the latter in the shed or else you could face some fairly hefty fines if the local constabulary were to pop their noses over the fence one day. :money:

So long and take care. :)

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Wishing you good growing weather and happy hens Andrea . Seize the day and enjoy each one .
Thank you for all your work here and unfailing kindness . I still remember the relief when you restored the Garden Fence thread after it went off into the ether .
    Stay well .

All the best from over on the private parking forum.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
