It feels good to be back properly on plan today. DH reminded me that we're going out on Wednesday, probably for lunch but I'll deal with that when it comes.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, ham, fried eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat, fried veg, pickled cabbagechicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: 2.5 for honey in sauce0 -
Hope you're going somewhere SW friendly Maman. I'm back to group this week as can't make it next week as we're going away for a long weekend the week after - from Thursday morning until Sunday afternoon. Hoping the weather will be OK that weekend as we'll be in the motorhome again!

Well done poundsinbucks for SOTW
Great losses TTD & V1ckyT
Sleazy what's done (or eaten) is done. Move on, you can make amends for 3 donuts easily in the coming week, so don't lose faith for a blip.
Well I had a lovely time at the party last night, and my big sister was totally overwhelmed by the surprise. It was so nice to spend time with all my family, as we don't get to do so very often, and it was good for my children and their partners/wife to be there too. I boogied the night away, and whilst I am aching quite a bit today (in part due to the very firm bed in the hotel last night) it was worth it.
There was a Beefeater restaurant near our hotel, so we went there for breakfast, and had a very SW friendly start to the day. Whilst OH and I were sat there having a leisurely start to the day he said how lovely I had looked the night before at the party, that I was the prettiest girl in the room and he was so proud that I was his. After 16 years together, that's not bad is it, and makes me feel even more determined to keep on the straight and narrow.
So, today's meal plan:
B - scrambled eggs, bacon (fat removed), beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, quorn sausage (0.5), ketchup (1)
L - we were on the road so didn't need any after such a hefty start
D - tomato pasta with ham, parmesan HEA1 (3 for the sauce)
HEA2 milk in tea/coffee
Feeling very sleep deprived now, but at least I have the next few days off work so don't have to get up early. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
:T well done TTD . You deserved that after your restraint on Saturday. :T
That's quite a NSV sary and what a lovely thing for your husband to say. I bet you felt great getting into your dress.
I've not used the extra HEA as I've been used to just the one. What's good though is that on the one or two days a week that I have cereal or porage I know I'm well within my allowance. Yesterday I put a bit of Parmesan on the swede and carrot mash and didn't syn that either.0 -

Absolutely agree with Maman.

I'm the same most of the time but do occasionally meal plan in the 2nd HEA, usually on something like cheese on toast for lunch!
Ended up having some dark chocolate last night so used more Syns than planned but I've still got 19 left for today & tomorrow so not too bad.
Back to today's plan:
B - porridge made with water - skinny syrup, grapes & melon (only fruit left - need to buy more today!)
L - 2 pea soup
D - egg, chips, mushrooms & beans
HEA - milk in teas
HEB - porridge
Syns - none planned

Welcome to the thread. Everyone is welcome whether they go to group or do it from home.
There have been some changes this year to the Healthy Extras and some things which were previously Free are now Synned. Basically you are now allowed 2 HEAs (milk/cheese) and 1 HEB. Some yoghurts which used to be Free are now 0.5 to 1 Syn.
If you can manage it you may find it helpful to go to one meeting just to have the new member talk and get the new books.
If this is not an option you can always ask on here or post your menu plans and someone will pick up if you're doing something not quite right.
Denise
Thank you I have the book from just before the changes so not too out of the loop and I do follow a lot of groups on Facebook to keep to to date even when on plan. Luckily a lot of the changes don’t affect me.You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx
