Hmm. Is it listed as West Wickham?
If not, have you tried a RM search 'house' in Beckenham 600-650k? Cos it ain't coming up. No semi for 620.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
I agree with Hazyjo; make sure you can find your house on rightmove - if you can't then no one else can!
It doesn't sound like the one in West Wickham...0 -

It's a slow market, especially in some price bands.
Make a list of all the houses like yours, in your price bracket, then see how long they've been on and if they've sold yet. If nothing's selling in your price bracket that tells you one thing; if everybody except you has sold, that tells you another.
Unless you HAVE to move there's no point just slashing the price if the price is right but the market's iffy.
From the day I put mine on the market I've monitored every house within 2-3 miles of mine that's "the same sort of thing".... so I can see if they reduce, if they sell .... nothing "like mine" is selling in my area at all. Those £150k more are, those £30k cheaper/ex-LA are.... not much in the lower bands.0 -
With the information you have provided, I will support Crashy Time for once. You need to drop 20% in priceAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Good call.0 -
I think it simply because it is a pricey house and your target buyers would already have been very limited. With brexit effect the situation becomes even worse. Most people I know would not want to make such a pricey purchase in the current state of things.Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.
Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard. Choose your hard.
Being in debt is hard. Being financially disciplined is hard. Choose your hard.
Communication is hard. Not communicating is hard. Choose your hard.
Life will never be easy. It will always be hard. But you can choose your hard.0
