When you submitted your PoPLA appeal did you send it as an attached PDF?

Post #3 of the NEWBIES thread suggests:
These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY) - do not think you only have 2000 characters in some box on the POPLA webpage!

No as a Word document. They have confirmed they have several pages and 3 pics so that sounds about right. Thanks

I have only 2000 characters to upload the docs again
No, you have 2000 characters to comment on the evidence.

This is normal, you can never see your appeal at this stage, only the scammers' stupid evidence. The NEWBIES thread post #3 mentions this stage.

Use bullet points only to keep the character limit down. Pick holes in the evidence (look at dates - on the landowner authority - and detail - like signatures/names on the contract - and clarity of the signage evidence and whether that they've said is true.).

    Thanks Coupon Mad, very helpful.

Most of their evidence was photos of my car. Including the inside..ridiculous. The signs look ridiculously unclear in their own photos.

I'll add my comments to POPLA in the next few days.

Don't miss your window - there's a limited period in which to respond (7 days?)

I usually consider it to be SIX days as they count day one as the day POPLA email you. So by the time you read it, the time is NOT seven days counting forwards.

Not yet rasltd. I will post as soon as I hear back. I submitted my response on the POPLA website. I think I had good evidence ie their 'contract' was old and the signage. Are you appealing re the same car park? Good luck anyway.
