The letter is headed up Notice to Keeper, surely, so it's not unclear.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, wasn't sure because it's not from the original company so I didn't see the point of them asking me to appeal again.0 -
What's unclear is they haven't responded on the original appeal so as someone new to this I don't think it's easy to work out what on earth they expect. Two appeals?0
-
the PARKING COMPANY are asking you to NAME THE DRIVER IN RESPONSE TO THE APPEAL THAT WAS MADE in reply to a DRIVERS WINDSCREEN NOTICE, before any NTK wa issued
PCS are asking the KEEPER to pay up or appeal as KEEPER , in their role as "back office" , doing the keeper paperwork
so each is following their own path in response to what is being appealed and the timing
as I said earlier, the aim is to appeal and get a POPLA code without revealing who was driving , to whoever deals with it
there are other cases like WING where its a multiple stage appeal, they are both hoping that the driver will be named, or the recipient will not know what they are doing and pay up0 -
It's because your first appeal didn't say who was driving (GOOD!), the PPC is entitled to get DVLA data and send a NTK to the owner/keeper, who may or may not be the same person who appealed.
This is just following the usual process. In fact they are doing it right!
No-one should be telling people that a PCS NTK is a debt collector letter to be ignored, it isn't. PCS just do the back office 'work' for some small PPCs, that's all, hence they issued this NTK. So appeal as it tells you to, and if that's to PCS, then submit the usual forum template appeal again, but this time to PCS.
SAS are in the BPA AOS, so you will eventually get a rejection letter & POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon Mad. Does this give them longer to provide a POPLA code? I am close to 56 days (not working days) since the ticket was issued. Thanks0
-
They can take another 35 days or so from this appeal, as they could say they didn't know who the first appellant was, as that person didn't say if they were driver or keeper. Like I said, they are doing this right...being quite canny in fact.
You should have a POPLA code around April Fools' Day!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the PCS letter is the NTK and should have arrived between day 29 and day 56 , so that issue is not relevant because the NTK was issued (meaning the idea of the windscreen ticket being appealed failed , because PCS sent out the NTK on time, which you were hoping would not happen, but it did)0

Hi I submitted a POPLA appeal a few weeks ago. They have now come back with about 15 documents from Secure a Space with evidence and I have to comment.
However I can't see my full appeal on the website, only the first page of it. POPLa website is a nightmare to use. I have the documents that didn't seem to upload. Has anyone else found this a problem? I have only 2000 characters to upload the docs again and given that their website didn't receive them all what do you think I can do? It has given ammunition to the parking co. Thanks0 -
I phoned POPLA, very helpful and reassuring and said my evidence is all there.
I just have to comment on SEcure a space evidence and then they will decide.0
