With Claim Issue Dates of 11th February and 20th February, and having done the Acknowledgement of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 18th March 2019 and Monday 25th March 2019 respectively to file your Defences.
That's three weeks away. Loads of time to produce a perfect Defence, but don't leave it to the very last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:-
Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defended". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
- Do not be surprised to receive a copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to put you under pressure.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
0 - Sign it and date it.

I have a question, can I ask for the Claimant to provide financial information, I would like to know how much the scammers have taken from our fellow residents since taking over parking management of our car park.
They are not managing it, just milking it!Even Richard Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!0 -

Doubt you will get that .... can you not get a residents meeting going where that question can be asked0 -

Agree.
Residents meeting is a good shout - and get the resident directors mentioned earlier involved. Part of me does wonder if the residents actually own the freehold, as well.0 -
I will look into the possibility of arranging a residents meeting.Even Richard Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!0

Today we received our first provisional allocation to the small claims track.
I am happy with filling it in, but there seems to be no part of it where I can link the two claims.
Any pointers would be appreciated.Even Richard Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!0 -
Include a covering letter with it.0

It's covering letters at each stage, from now on, until a Judge notices your request to consolidate the claims (use that word, not 'link').PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The building and car park where we live seems to be suffering from a severe dose of mismanagement!
Any attempt at a residents meeting or an official AGM are being dodged by the Building management company.
I think it is the nature of the site with a lot of leaseholders renting their apartments nobody is looking out for the current residents.Even Richard Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!0 -
Thanks a lot, good advice as always. :TEven Richard Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!0
