Wow thats loads.. i think tomorrow maybe..or go today and ask if they need more time cos i dont think 1 day is long enough, you'll probs get more orders if you leave them longer..

The product you ordered was not available at the time your order was put together. That may be a problem with the supply chain (or may simply be that it was a very in-demand item) but it is not a problem with the picking of the order, as we have already established.

Giving you an alternative product is an attempt to help you. It is your right of course to return that item if it is not acceptable.

I think we will have to agree to differ on this one but as it was shown on the invoice for the necklace yet a bracelet was sent instead, I consider it a mistake as was the bra I ordered for myself a few books ago in a size 36dd. Was sent 34 c  My boobs cannot be altered to fit in with avons "mistakes"

    Hi :)

I went round to pick them up yesterday and I just asked if they'd had chance to look through it, a few people asked for more time, which is good because I think it means they are going to order something. Some people didn't answer so going to try them later. The books I did collect have been redelivered to the next street and i'm picking them up saturday.

I have £53 worth of orders so far and I know i'm definitely getting four more orders from friends and family :T

I wish I had more books so I could go and do another street today!!

    Hayley x

EDIT: I was being really stupid! I hadn't run out of catalogues, I had run of my little flyers offering 10% discount!! I ran out of black ink, going to print them in red or something!! Doh!!
 Think happy & you'll be happy

I owe you a partial apology. I didn't interpret your earlier post as meaning that the invoice did not match the item sent. I thought the invoice showed the bracelet replacing the necklace.

    36DD - who needs a bra anyway ? :p
