Hi All, i tried to claim credis earlier and went through fast track and put in the details etc etc got my order number at then end, but when will the credits come off my remaining balance?

They usually come off your next invoice.

I would be tempted to see order a couple anyway and if they werent suitable, send them back. If this lady is going to place large orders, then its worth the initial payout out of your own pocket x

I agree Bailey... Avon refund if the product doesn't suit the customer so myself, I'd do this and refund it on the code for not suitable if it's not quite what she's after

Can anyone tell me how long Avon watch how much your order amount is? I've just done my second campaign and have a bill for £331 - went to pay it just now but my payment has been declined. Is it because I'm new to Avon (previous campaign was only £67 or so)? I imagine I have to call Avon tomorrow and speak to someone about it but it's a bit annoying! I always like to pay it all off as soon as I get billed but looks like I won't be able to this time :mad:

Dont understand how your payment can be declined if you owe them money, unless you are paying by card and your bank has rejected it or you have put wrong details in

My order came yesterday and I am missing 8 products and all my brochures which are on my invoice!:eek:


Does anyone know how quickly they can get these missing things sent out to me? I am on the phone at 8.30am believe me!!!

i had a couple of products missing but they were on the invoice.I rang them and they said they will be delivered within 5-7 days.
