  • Sorry I didnt think this was a problem. I always join forums as this name. If it is a problem let me know and I will change it if I can.

As you can see I am new on here.

The rules are very clear . Don't post links for personal gain

Removing your website link in your first post would help.
  • Have done that now.

    Sorry

Hello, hope everyone's Sales are going well (espesh as it's the run up to Christmas...)

I need to return some items when the courier turns up with the next order and I was dense enough to get rid of my Avon boxes from my last order. The bits would fit nicely into a shoe box (which I have spare) but does anyone know if it's okay by Avon to return them in that?

Oh I have a question, we have an item to return - I've logged it as a return on the website, but do I need something like a returns slip too?

When you complete your order you can then print out the returns forms to put in the parcell, one copy is for you to keep and the driver to sign

Might not be of any use but from a customer point of view I want to know:

what the good offers are - so I don't miss a bargain

and you can (unfortunately) talk me into buying almost any type of make up with an "it will suit you because..." so it might be worth investigating a bit time to learn about skin colourings and the type. I'm sure there would be loads of books in the library.

    Hi Jessica
ask your local rep, if you have one, for a beauty book, its great!
it shows how to apply make-up and which avon colours would suit you

    good luck

Hi all this is going to sound thick but ive just started doing avon and my rep gave me a sheet with address numbers on and it says 113-172, 109-160 and so on, do i just post books through them doors? ie.113 to 172 and 109 to 160.

Is that right you can do your own offers i.e spend £10 get something free.
