Avon - Hints and Tips?

Im a new Avon rep and have sold alot of the Noir aftershave plus free watch,a couple my customers have been in touch saying the watch is leaving a Green stain on the skin do i complain to Avon about this as cheap and nasty comes to mind,but with them being free didnt know weather to complain.

I would complai to Avon, it doesnt matter that the watch was free, it dies sound "cheap and nasty", if you donr say anything the customers are going to think your not interested and not order from you again, even thou its not ur fault x

I had a problem when my sister reacted to a face cream (she is very sensitive more than most!) avon got in touch personally and sent her a returns form very confusing as i had already refunded her and she didnt want the faff of filling in there survey on the product and i had the product. I had emailed them with her address and the complaint.

Avon refund for any reason! you have to refund if they want to keep the noir i would ask advise from avon. I woudl never leave a customer with a bad product they will put other people off yet if you do the no quibble refund they will say how quick you were to refund and what a good policy avon have. It must have been a one off (ok some of the freebies are dead naff) the freeibes are usually so good.

as for the watch, you must let Avon know asap, there maybe a faulty bunch or they may even have to re call all the watches. the most important of all though is your customers, make sure they know you are doing your best to rectify theproblem.

Hi Gailsavon, thanks for the info, really useful. I'm also planning a party in Jan/Feb and was really grateful for some info, there seems to be no info on the website at all.

I have ordered some samples and I think passing something round seems like a great idea. I was wondering whether you would be able to send me the small info pack (via email to **BG note e-mail removed**), if this is not possible I would be happy to pay for postage.

Always make sure you have proper proof if you return any unwanted items.

I was left to figure it out for myself when I was an Avon rep and it proved to be a costly mistake. The courier gave me a slip of paper and told me it'd be fine, apparently not. I was left with no goods and had to pay for them anyway.

Hi Honeybee. What's the proper way then? I' a tad worried now as this is the second time I've heard of someone having problems with their returns..

I'm sending some bits back by courier on Thursday and was just going to add in the returns form and kepp my own stamped copy. Is there something more I need to do?

Oh, also, I printed mine off online and 2 items I spoke to Avon over the phone aren't on the form - can I just add the details in by hand?
